A Bodily Exploration (fine-art portrait)

A Bodily Exploration is an analogue medium-format portrait series of Thomas V.; an exploration of himself, as if he could observe himself from a third person's perspective instead of his own. As someone who makes sculptures, this was part of a self-reflective exploration: both of his past and his mental reality, and, with this photo series, of his physical self. It later won the People's Vote Award in the Portrait and Film/Analogue categories of the ReFocus black-and-white photo competition.
