Plan VRT is VRT's internal incentive program for its teams across the broadcasting group. As part of one of the program's training days in November 2025, Foodmaker CEO Lieven Vanlommel gave a keynote on company culture and growth. Working for both VRT and Foodmaker, I covered the keynote and the surrounding moments of the training day.
